2nd Annual Family Christmas Eve Party

Christmas Eve was a fun day. We went to see "Despicable Me" at the dollar theatre and delivered some Christmas goodies. That evening, we read the Christmas story together and then spent the evening together playing games, eating, and watching movies. Roger even got industrious and made sugar cookies with the kids.

Latisha's 36th birthday

We had just come in from making some Christmas deliveries. Obviously, I never got around to taking my coat off for the party! Despite the gloves, I still prefer this slightly blurry version of myself. The close-up was showing those 36 years a little too clearly!
The long-standing joke. I can never have too many post-its!
Ask and ye shall receive. I actually ended up with two irons and two dustbusters, so I got to do a little exchanging!

Just a little pond water comparison

The water level in our pond is quite low right now. I couldn't help but compare it to last May. Should've taken a better picture, though!

Brandon and Fiona

Even though she tends to be scared of children, she really is turning out to a pretty tolerant cat.

School Spelling Bee - Kaylee

Kaylee was chosen as one of her class representatives in the school spelling bee. She got flustered early and misspelled "funnel" (funnle), but she was happy to see her classmate Katie win 2nd place.

Rock-It Lanes - Brandon's baseball party

Brandon was elated to go to his end-of-the-season baseball party. It's rare that he gets to do something that everyone else doesn't get to do. He tried out bowling and roller skating.
It was hard to get him to leave, despite the look on his face and the fact that he only let go of the rail a couple of times!

Grandpa Leckie and Fiona

Mom & Dad were heading out to Texas to visit Adam and Holley and decided to take a roundabout route so that they could visit with Emily in Tallahassee and then stop by Panama City to see us for a day. We always enjoy having them come. Growing up, I never had the impression that my dad cared much for animals, so it always makes me smile to see him tolerate Fiona's affection. They even took a nap together!
